many of you are wondering how to hack windows 7 starter to make the taskbar a different color, so this is where i am going to explain how to do that using a program called AeroWorks :here is a link to that website. : http://solo-dev.deviantart.com/art/AeroWorks-FREE-145103684. click that and hit the "download" button to the side of the page. once it finishes installing, run the program and your taskbar color will change to the setting that you have currently set. if you click "change FX" it brings you to this page that looks like a control panel that gives you about 3 or 5 choices  choose one and on the display it will show what it will look like. there is a different option too...... the "change base" button.... that gives you choices too.............. but......aeroworks takes a lot of cpu so u will have to open up your task manager and select aeroworksfree and end process. once you do that, it will make a change to your taskbar, it will only make the taskbar transparent..
